*Surfer is good without it but he's better on it
The Surfer's surfboard is under his and only his control


Weaknesses:
Powers have been somewhat inconsistent
Rather Average Hand to Hand Skills
Overeliance on Power Cosmic might be a hinderance
Good on land but Better on his Board
